Automate the Work, Not the Job Title
Most businesses do not have an AI problem. They have a queue. Enquiries arriving in an inbox
that somebody reads twice a day. Forms retyped into a second system. Reports assembled by
hand every Monday. Follow-ups that happen when someone remembers.
Each of those is a defined process with a measurable cost. We build the system that runs it,
then we prove it works against a number we agreed with you first.
What we build
- Intake and triage — incoming enquiries, requests, and documents classified, prioritised, and routed to the right person or queue automatically, with the routine ones resolved without a human touching them.
- Data movement between systems — information captured once and placed where it needs to go, instead of being re-entered by hand between tools that don’t talk to each other.
- Recurring reporting — scheduled assembly of operational and financial summaries from source data, delivered to the people who need them.
- Follow-up and scheduling — sequences that run on their own, with escalation when something needs judgement.
- Internal knowledge access — your own documents, policies, and procedures made searchable so staff stop interrupting each other to ask questions that are already answered in writing somewhere.
How a build runs
- Baseline. We agree the current cost of the process before building anything — hours per month, error rate, cycle time. Without a baseline there is no way to claim a result.
- Scope. One process, one measurable outcome, one fixed number. Written down.
- Build. We work inside your existing systems. Replacing your accounting, ERP, or CRM is not the goal and rarely the answer.
- Run in parallel. The automated process operates alongside the manual one until the output matches, so nothing breaks while it is being proven.
- Cut over, measure, document. Manual step retired, result measured against the baseline, and written down so it does not become tribal knowledge.
What this does not mean
Not headcount reduction. Our clients automate queues, not people. The usual
result is that existing staff stop doing the work nobody wants and start doing the work that
generates revenue. We do not build systems whose purpose is to make a role unnecessary.
Not a rip-and-replace. If a process can be fixed with better configuration of
a tool you already own, that is the recommendation — even though it is a smaller engagement
for us.
Not a subscription. You own the outcome. Where a dependency on us is genuinely
required to keep something running, we say so up front rather than discovering it at handover.
Before you commit
We do not quote a build without an assessment first, because a build quoted from a
description is a guess. If you have already had an
AI Readiness Assessment,
we already have what we need.
What it costs
Build engagements are scoped and quoted per project. There is no published rate card — the
number depends on what is being built, how much of it is new, and how long it takes.
You will have the figure in writing before any work begins, and we will tell you if the
return does not justify the cost.
